ArmInfo. A new special army corps has been created in Armenia, headed by Major General Budaghyan. The corresponding decree was published on the website of the President of Armenia.
Thus, by the decree of the RA President Armen Sarkissian, Artak Budaghyan left the post of the commander of the 4th army corps. By another decree of Sarkissian, he headed a special army corps. By another presidential decree, Hrachya Stepanyan was appointed head of the personnel and military- educational policy department of the RA Defense Ministry.
According to the information circulated in the media, the special corps will strengthen the security of the southern borders of Armenia.
