ArmInfo. On July 28, the Baku Grave Crimes Court delivered a verdict in the criminal case of Davtyan David and Gevorg Sujyan, accused by the "Azerbaijani justice" of "espionage against Azerbaijan."
According to Trend, the court sentenced Davtyan and Sujyan to imprisonment for 15 years each. The verdict says that after serving their sentence, they should be expelled from Azerbaijan. Davtyan and Sujyan will spend the first five years in prison, and the rest of the term in a high security correctional facility.
"The indictment says that Davtyan and Sujyan, having entered into an agreement, illegally crossed the state border of Azerbaijan, collected information of a military nature and handed it over to the Armenian special services, having committed espionage," Trend reports.
