ArmInfo.Armenia will not sign a document with Azerbaijan until the Azerbaijani armed forces leave the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated on May 26 during government hour in parliament.
Pashinyan recalled that he had already said that either the agreed document would be signed after the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces, or a document would be signed setting out the specific dates for the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces and the direction in which they would retreat.
At the same time, Pashinyan stated that the invasion of the territory of the Republic of Armenia is not the sole decision of Baku. "I don't know with whom the actions of Baku were coordinated, but I'm sure that it alone would not dare to do something like that. I think that this program was nevertheless agreed with certain persons, but so far we do not have specifics, we will work. But if there is reasonable information that this program has been agreed with some international players, we will have to openly, publicly tell our people about the events of the last, perhaps 10 years, "he said.
To recall, on May 20, during a meeting of the government, acting Prime Minister of Armenia confirmed, the authenticity of the document distributed on the Internet. According to him, a preliminary agreement has been reached with international partners, which coincides with the national interests of Armenia one hundred percent. As Pashinyan assured, he will definitely sign the document if Azerbaijan fulfills its part of the agreements.
