Such crises are a threat to security and stability in the entire Black Sea region," the head of diplomacy stressed.
At the same time, he pointed out that the Black Sea, even during the Second World War, was not a zone of confrontation, this is due to the balance provided in connection with the strict implementation of the requirements of the Montreux Convention. At the same time, he noted that the Montreux Convention alone is not enough to ensure stability in the region. "The growing tension worries all countries in the region.
