ArmInfo. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia hosted the fifth meeting of experts to discuss the draft agreement on the establishment of the international transport corridor "Persian Gulf-Black Sea".
The meeting was attended by delegations from Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece and Iran. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Galachyan and Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Armen Simonyan made opening remarks.
The delegates of the five participating States confirmed their interest in developing and signing the agreement.
During the meeting, the provisions that were not agreed at the previous meeting on the draft agreement were mentioned. A protocol was signed providing for a draft agreement on the establishment of the international transport corridor "Persian Gulf - Black Sea". The parties agreed to hold the next meeting of experts in Bulgaria to complete the discussions.
