ArmInfo. Georgia from March 1 opens the entry of citizens of Armenia to Georgia by air.
As reported by the press service of the Armenian Embassy in Georgia, today the interdepartmental coordination group of Georgia for the fight against coronavirus made a decision that from March 1 it will open the entry of Armenian citizens to Georgia by air.
"Citizens of Armenia upon arrival in Georgia are required to have a negative PCR test done not earlier than 72 hours before entering the country," the embassy stressed.
It should be noted that the entry of RA citizens into Georgia has been prohibited since March 16, 2020 due to restrictive measures introduced by the Georgian government against the backdrop of a new type of coronavirus pandemic. Exceptions apply only to those RA citizens who are engaged in cargo transportation.
