Ambassador-at-Large of RA MFA Karen Mirzoyan submitted his  resignation

ArmInfo.Ambassador-at-Large of the RA MFA, former head of the Artsakh Foreign  Ministry Karen Mirzoyan has submitted his resignation.  Earlier,  Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan resigned. Before it  became known about this, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said that the  issue of transferring Shushi to Azerbaijan had not been considered at  any stage of negotiation process, thereby actually incriminating  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a lie, who claims that this issue  was on the agenda of the talks.
