ArmInfo. The American Trimble company terminates its contract with Turkey. Jim Kirkland, Deputy Director of Trimble, announced this. It is reported that Trimble provided the Turkish market with devices for the production of Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles, which are now at the instigation of Turkey being used by the Azerbaijani armed forces against the civilian population in Nagorno-Karabakh.
To note, the American Trimble company works in the development of positioning systems based on signals from satellite systems of global navigation (GPS), and also develops and promotes geodetic instruments (tachometers, leveling devices, satellite receivers).
To recall, the American Viasat company also interrupted the cooperation with Turkey. Earlier, against the background of the escalation of the situation in the zone of the Karabakh conflict, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Francois-Philippe Champagne, announced the termination of the supply of Canadian weapons to Turkey, since they can be used in the conflict zone.
