ArmInfo.The first and second presidents of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Robert Kocharian, are going to Moscow to discuss the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. The press secretary of the RA Prime Minister Mane Gevorgyan announced this on her Facebook page.
According to her, on October 20, at a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the second and third presidents of Karabakh Arkady Ghukasyan ?nd Bako Sahakyan expressed the desire of the ex-presidents of Armenia to visit Moscow in order to discuss the situation around Karabakh with representatives Russian elite and propose concrete solutions. Stressing that any step in favor of Armenia and Artsakh cannot be an obstacle, Prime Minister Pashinyan agreed with the proposal.
"According to our information, the retired presidents have not yet left Armenia. In any case, the Prime Minister and the government are open to proposals for resolving the situation and never refused to discuss such proposals, "Gevorgyan Mane wrote.
It should be noted that the other day Robert Kocharyan was returned his passport by a court decision, thus opening the road outside Armenia. The passport was confiscated due to the trial of the second RA President.
