Artsrun Hovhannisyan: The enemy failed to improve their positions in  the direction of Berdzor

ArmInfo.The armed forces of Azerbaijan, as well as various special- purpose groups assisting them, in the morning continued to carry out offensive actions along the border of Armenia, as well as in the northern and southern directions of Artsakh. Representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated this at a press conference.

Hovhannisyan noted that the enemy was particularly active in the  direction of Berdzor. In the southern sector, large-scale hostilities  took place, however, the enemy did not manage to advance in the  direction of Berdzor despite all efforts. At the same time, the  Armenian side managed to fix a certain positional improvement in this  direction.

"We continued our work to neutralize sabotage groups in the southern  direction. Now actions in this direction are of a focal character,  but rather stubborn. Now the hostilities do not have the same density  as before, they are rather more local in nature. Basically, the enemy  uses artillery and aviation, "Hovhannisyan concluded.
