France, as the Foreign Ministry spokesman recalled, "welcomed the humanitarian ceasefire, which entered into force on October 10, 2020". "Today it is imperative for the parties to strictly observe the agreements already reached, which will make it possible to move towards a complete cessation of hostilities," he said. According to the diplomat, France, which is the co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, is fully ready to assist the resumption of negotiations without any conditions in order to reach a political settlement of this conflict.
