ArmInfo.Stepanakert does not cherish high hopes for diplomatic efforts in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone at the moment.
For example, Artsakh President's advisor David Babayan, in an interview with Artsakh public television, touching upon the Moscow ceasefire agreements, in particular, said: "At the moment, Stepanakert does not cherish much hope for diplomatic efforts. Signals from Baku suggest that Aliyev is not looking for peace now" ,Babayan noted, while pointing out two main messages in these events.
"In particular, the international community reassessed the threats that the Armenians have been alarming for a long time, and that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs still remain at the helm of the peace process, despite Baku's attempts to torpedo this format," Babayan summed up.
