Vahram Poghosyan: The day will come soon when the disorganized enemy  army will begin to retreat in panic

ArmInfo. The enemy suffers heavy losses in manpower and military equipment. Press Secretary of the Artsakh Republic President Vahram Poghosyan said this on his  Facebook page, referring to the information received from officers  from the Line of Contact, where active battles are being conducted.

He wrote that the Defense Army continues to confidently carry out its  tasks. At the same time, in order to avoid speculation, he said that  for tactical purposes, the troops of the Defense Army in some  directions of the front line retreated in order to avoid unnecessary  casualties and cause even greater damage to the enemy troops.  

"In this regard, we have significant achievements. The army command  continues to professionally conduct battles, and the day is come soon when we will see the disorganized enemy army retreat in panic.   The decision has already been made - we do not intend to retreat, "he  stressed.
