According to her, the key in these actions is the protection of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia, and the provision of security guarantees. "There is a clear toolkit for action. I can't say more than that," she summed up.
To note, yesterday Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan did not rule out the discussion of the issue of recognition of the independence of Artsakh by Yerevan during his speech at the National Assembly. A wide debate developed around this issue in the legislative body, during which the overwhelming majority of parliamentarians spoke in favor of recognizing the independence of Artsakh.
