Federation Council called on parties of  Karabakh  conflict in to  start negotiations

ArmInfo.The parties to the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh should cease fire and sit down at the negotiating table, none of the conflicts should be resolved on  the battlefield, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council  Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov told RIA  Novosti.

"It is necessary to transfer everything to the negotiating table, the  fire must be stopped," Dzhabarov said.  He recalled that the Minsk  Group exists to resolve the situation in the region. "None of the  conflicts should be resolved on the battlefield," the senator  stressed.

In the early morning of September 27, Azerbaijan began intensive  shelling of settlements in Karabakh, including the capital of  Stepanakert, going over to the offensive along the entire line of  confrontation. It is known that the enemy lost two helicopters, three  tanks and 14 unmanned aerial vehicles. The enemy also has losses in  manpower.
