ArmInfo.The Bright Armenia Party will nominate Arkady Khachatryan for the post of head of the parliamentary committee on financial-credit and budgetary affairs. The press service of the party reports.
It should be noted that earlier this post was held by the lawmaker from the PA Mane Tandilyan, but the latter laid down her deputy mandate.
Arkady Khachatryan graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Yerevan State University in 1997. He is economist-mathematician. In 1997 he entered the graduate school of the Institute of Financial Management of the State Academy of Management (Moscow), then transferred and in 2000 graduated from the graduate school of the Institute of Economic Research of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the RA. He is PhD in Economics. He underwent retraining and graduated within the educational program of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2000), at the Joint Vienna Institute (JVI) (1999 and 2004), the Institute of Management at the University of Birmingham (2005).
