ArmInfo. Belgium on August 24 informed the European Council and the main secretariat of the EU about the completion of domestic procedures for the ratification of the Agreement on Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Armenia-EU (CEPA). The Foreign Ministry of Armenia reports this.
Note that the document was signed on November 24, 2017 and ratified by the Armenian parliament on April 11, 2018. Today, about 70% of the agreement is functioning. Among the EU countries, the document has not yet been ratified by Spain and Portugal, and Italy is at an advanced stage.
