The judge stated that the decision was postponed until the identification of important circumstances in this process. Having listened to the parties, Danibekyan stated that it is now impossible to make any decision. According to the judge, now the case is in the Constitutional Court, moreover, a cassation appeal has also been filed. Consequently, the decision on the application is postponed until the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation make their decision on this matter. The defense did not agree with this decision. The lawyer of the second president of Armenia Hovhannes Khudoyan stated that he is asking for justification in order to appeal the court's actions, to which Danibekyan replied that the justifications had been submitted. It should be noted that the lawyers of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian and former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan asked the court to suspend the criminal case and send it to the Constitutional Court in order to identify compliance with the Constitution of the article 300.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
