ArmInfo.<All of us have repeatedly heard about bribes during the election campaign. And now we have a unique chance to investigate this situation, to find out whether some of the people who are now in the parliament's conference hall gave bribes.
But we are trying to discuss this specific issue, while lawmakers from <Prosperous Armenia> discuss the consequences of the coronavirus and accuse us of not being able to cope with the epidemic>. The Deputy Speaker of the parliament from the My Step faction Alen Simonyan announced this from the rostrum of the parliament.
Simonyan noted that coronavirus caused damage to the economies of all countries of the world and this should be recognized. Moreover, he noted, now it is not the activities of the Prosecutor General Arthur Davtyan that are being discussed, not his work, but the issue of depriving Tsarukyan of parliamentary immunity. On behalf of the <My Step> bloc, Simonyan said that the lawmakers would vote in accordance with a dictate of conscience.
