ArmInfo. Failure to pay taxes and election fraud led to underfunding of the healthcare sector. This was stated by RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan on his Facebook page.
<As a result of these lawlessness, the healthcare sector was so underfunded that people could not solve issues related to their health, and during the elections they looked at the hands of < votes buying benefactors > to be operated on under the state order or to receive money to buy medicines> - said Torosyan, also posting a photograph of some reports on the purchase of votes by the Prosperous Armenia party. <Those who call the rule of law political persecution are likely to do so for self-defense. I'm sure that the NSS and other law enforcement agencies will investigate these cases to the end, and all those without exception will receive their punishment as provided by law>, added the minister.
Yesterday, the NSS, it reported on three criminal cases involving the leader of the Prosperous Armenia party Gagik Tsarukyan. In another case, Tsarukyan's companies were involved in the organization of the casino's illegal activities, resulting in damage to the state of $ 60 million. Another criminal case concerns a company associated with Tsarukyan, which illegally appropriated land, and the state suffered damage of 342 million drams (about 685 thousand dollars).
