Commenting on Armenia's prospects for mediation in future processes  between Tehran and Jerusalem, Eskin noted that in the light of the  existing radicalization of Iranian society amid weakening of the  country as a whole, it is premature to talk about the possibility of  any process and, accordingly, mediation.  According to his forecasts,  it will be possible to talk about mediation in a couple of years,  when inevitable, in his opinion, internal transformations will begin  in Iran. According to the Israeli leader, Armenia needs such  mediation no less than Iran and even Israel. First of all, in view of  the obvious importance for Yerevan of good-neighborly and developing  relations with Iran. Eskin is convinced that having rendered this or  that degree of assistance to neighboring Iran in the matter of ending  the conflict, which does nothing to Iranians except losses, losses  and painful blows to prestige, Yerevan will render Tehran a serious  service. Which will raise the image of Armenia both in the eyes of  the parties to the conflict and neighboring countries, and at the  international level as a whole. In general, the situation in the  Middle East, according to his estimates, continues to be  characterized by increased tension and ongoing hostilities in Syria,  Yemen and Iraq.  Turkey, according to Eskin, continues to try to play  a destructive role of a situation destabilizer in the Middle East  processes. First of all, in the context of the situation, they are  lying around the Gaza Strip.  "At the same time, the complex of  domestic political and economic problems in Turkey does not allow  Recep Erdogan to even think about a serious, full-fledged conflict  with Israel. Turkey is seriously bogged down in the Syrian and Libyan  bloodshed, in which this country continues to play a very unsightly  role. So Ankara today is clearly not to us. The Turks must first deal  with the numerous internal and external problems, "Eskin is  convinced.

The latest international and global trends, according to his  estimates, only increase the imbalance between Israel and its  opponents, while continuing to widen the gap existing between them.  According to Eskin, Iran and the Arab world as a result of the loss  of oil of the long-standing status of "black gold" have substantially  lost their own weight and, as a result, the possibility of influence  on international relations and politics.
