ArmInfo. In Armenia, 185 families, which at one time became refugees from Azerbaijan, will receive housing certificates. The decision on this was made at a meeting of the RA government on May 27.
According to the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan, by decision of the executive body the second stage of the refugee housing program starts. 2.169 billion drams will be allocated from the state budget for these purposes. At the first stage, as part of providing 112 families with housing certificates in 2019, 1.5 billion drams were allocated. Certificates will be received by residents of the dormitories of the capital's communities Center, Erebuni, Nor Nork and Arabkir. At the first stage, residents of the Achapnyak, Malatia-Sebastia, Nork-Marash districts of Yerevan used this right. Thus, as the minister noted, the question of the residents of two districts of the Armenian capital remains unresolved. Given the state of emergency, the issuance of certificates is extended, which will be issued exclusively to Armenian citizens.
