This was announced by Anush Ghavalyan, Advisor to the Speaker of the Artsakh Parliament on her Facebook page.
Ghavalyan, in particular, noted: "Gegham Stepanyan and David Melkumyan will take their mandates in the parliament of the new convocation from the Democratic Party.
The head of the party list, the incumbent speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly, Ashot Ghoulyan, refused the mandate. He submitted a statement to the CEC. Ghoulyan informed about his decision not to work in the seventh convocation of the Artsakh National Assembly during the campaign>.
It should be noted that on March 31, 2020, parliamentary elections were held in NKR. According to which, the Free Homeland / Unified Civil Alliance bloc received 16 mandates, the leader of the bloc is the newly elected Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan.
