Torosyan: The growth rate of cases of coronavirus is 3-4% per day 

ArmInfo. In Armenia, a steady growth rate of cases of coronavirus is observed within 3-4% per day. Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Torosyan  announced ion his Facebook page, relying on data analysis for the  past week.     The Minister drew attention to approximately the same number of  patients treated with coronavirus (indicators range from 700 to 800).   <The foregoing means that we all must make extra efforts to slow  growth, and we have no right to lose or weaken vigilance. Of  particular concern are cases recorded in the recent period among  medical workers in both regional and Yerevan medical institutions.  The use of personal protective equipment by medical workers is many  times more important than by our other citizens. Healthcare workers  must protect themselves so that, firstly, they do not become a source  of infection for their patients, and secondly, so that they can  continue their important mission of providing medical care>, Torosyan  said. 

According to the latest data, 1,401 cases of coronavirus  were confirmed in the republic, 609 people recovered, 768 patients  received treatment, and 24 people died.
