ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan presented his vision of modeling "great disappointment."
So, during his live broadcast, introducing this simulation, Pashinyan noted that in his opinion, the first group of those who have reason for discontent are political forces, which he conditionally divided into two groups. According to him, the first group is those political forces that, with the previous authorities and the ruling majority, have outlined their future for the next ten years, and whose plans fell apart as a result of the "velvet revolution" and all their expectations for a good life failed.
At the same time, he added that the second group is the political opposition forces, respected by him and who have every reason for disappointment, and the reason is that these forces have developed one slogan over the years, but after the revolution it became clear that this syllable was reality was unjustified. "The next group who has every reason to be disappointed is pro-Westerners who hoped or were sure that the revolution was made by pro-Western forces. They are disappointed because they realized that the authorities in Armenia did not have pro-Western forces. Another group is pro-Russian forces, who had two opinions: that Russia will not allow the revolution in Armenia with its instruments of influence, or the RA will be such a puppet state that it will be forced to share power in the republic, "noting that both of them are disappointed, as their expectations did not materialize.
According to the prime minister, another group is the oligarchy, which has lost a number of privileges that it used to and has now lost because the government does not turn to them for help in exchange for something, only requiring legitimate activities and therefore does not depend on them.
Media, this is the next group, according to Pashinyan, who for many years received money from various individuals and structures, including from the authorities. "Many media in Armenia received money from the authorities and were controlled by them. Now they do not receive and are not controlled, as I have repeatedly said," he said, adding that a number of media outlets have already responded to his statement yesterday, including the newspaper Haykakan Zhamanak (previously owned by him - Ed.), To which he proposed to submit a report on his income, assuring that this newspaper was one of those who paid the most taxes from the media in the history of the third republic.
According to the prime minister, another group that has reason for disappointment to conditionally say the clergy in modern Armenia, because the more clearly the ideology and values of the new Armenia are outlined, the more impoverished is the impoverishment of spiritual life in the country. Pashinyan believes that the clergy have serious omissions in terms of popularizing spiritual values and ideology, and often in their activities more political activity, political intrigue is manifested than activity dictated by the Bible. He pointed out that there are problems in the system of state-church relations that need to be addressed. Another group, according to the head of the Armenian government, is the diaspora structure, which for many years have been mediators in the dialogue between the Armenian authorities and the Diaspora. "Today this phenomenon is transforming, because I am sitting and talking, and there are no divisions with whom I speak with our compatriots in the diaspora or with those who live in Armenia," he noted, adding that 90% were previously involved in diaspal structures, meanwhile, now it is somewhere around 10%. Stating that there were problems in this area, despite a direct relationship with compatriots, the prime minister called for them to be resolved by joint efforts as soon as possible.
"The next conditional group is people who joined the new government in anticipation of material benefits and who were disappointed without receiving these benefits," the prime minister said.
The next segment, he said, is friends and relatives who have not felt a change in their lives after their relatives came to power. At the same time, he positively assessed the fact that the people in his team did not go to the tricks that the previous authorities had resorted to in terms of nepotism in power. Pashinyan concluded by emphasizing the commitment to continue the goals of the revolution, assuring that no one could stop him on this path, and the only force capable of doing this was the people.
