ArmInfo. On April 13, Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Commandant Tigran Avinyan during a special meeting of the National Assembly stated that the restrictions imposed on the operation of public transport should be maintained until the end of April. "The government considers this measure justified and, moreover, we will continue the policy of restricting the entry of foreign citizens into the country," the Commandant emphasized.
Avinyan also said that the government-recommended online coronavirus test was downloaded about 60,000 times. About 4.900 people were at risk, representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare and the Ministry of Emergencies contacted with 1,600 people, more than 20 of whom were sent for COVID-19 testing. Of all the citizens who passed this test, four people were infected with the virus. The Deputy Prime Minister said that this system is connected to the database of the Ministry of Healthcare and the police who use it, however, after the end of the emergency mode, all data in the database will be deleted. It should be noted that the Covid-19 Armenia application was created in Armenia.
