According to the new decision, the operation of public transport with the exception of railway transport is terminated. At the same time, taxi activities are allowed. The interregional movement of citizens is limited. Movement is possible along the work-to-home route in the event of one or two exceptions. It is also allowed the movement of family members, employees of the same organization on light passenger cars without quantity restrictions. Upon entering work, it will now be necessary to submit a form completed by the employer. The movement form will need to be submitted in other established cases. The current restrictions on economic activity are generally maintained. It is also indicated that a number of restrictions will come into force later than the rest, so that there is time for adaptation. Mandatory self-isolation is established at the place of residence, or another place chosen by him, to limit direct contact with other people and to prevent the spread of infection. The selected isolation location cannot be changed until the expiration of this decision. To ensure the special regime, the NSS and the Police , on April 1, 14:00, special checkpoints will be set up to control citizens and vehicles. The commandant's decision will be valid until 23.59 April 12th.
A state of emergency in order to suppress the spread of coronavirus operates in Armenia from March 16 to April 14.
