ArmInfo.Distribution dynamics of a new type of coronavirus in and around Armenia.

So, according to the analysis, the most depressing, in terms of the  spread of a new type of coronavirus, situation remains in Iran, where  hundreds of people die from this virus every day. So, according to  the latest data, the number of cases of coronavirus infection in Iran  per day increased by 2389, deaths - by 157.  The total number of  infected reached 29,406 people. In total, 2,234 people have already  died from coronavirus in Iran. However, there is good news, as 10,457  cases of recovery among those infected were recorded.

The situation in Iran is aggravated by the sanctions imposed by the  American side, which do not allow the Iranian authorities to take  advantage of both international assistance and purchase the necessary  medical supplies and equipment abroad.

Turkey is in second place in the number of deaths, where only 15  people died from the virus yesterday, and a total of 59 people died.  In addition, just yesterday, 561 new cases of coronavirus infection  were detected in Turkish territory, while the total number of  infected reached 2,433.

In terms of the number of people infected, Turkey follows Armenia,  where 329 cases have already been recorded. However, it is  encouraging that so far an elderly patient  has died from a disease  in Armenia.  Another 18 have recovered.

Armenia is followed by Azerbaijan, where according to official  statistics the total number of coronavirus infected was 122, the  number of victims of COVID-19 increased to three. At the same time,  10 recovered.  Many experts are inclined to believe that in  Azerbaijan they hide the real picture of the spread of the virus.   The most optimistic indicators in the region remain in Georgia, where  according to official figures of 76 infected, 10 patients recovered.

At the same time, 4055 people are currently in quarantine mode, 252  patients are being treated in the hospital.

The outbreak of the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) was recorded at the  end of December 2019 in the most populous city of Central China - the  12 millionth Wuhan. The World Health Organization recognized it as an  emergency of international proportions, describing it as an epidemic  with many foci.

In general, in the world the number of deaths due to the new  coronavirus worldwide exceeded 21 thousand, 465 915 confirmed cases  of infection were recorded. This follows from the summary schedule on  the World Health Organization (WHO) website.

According to WHO data, on March 26, 465,915 confirmed cases of  coronavirus infection were recorded in the world, 21,031 patients  died. In total, cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in  199 countries and territories.
