ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with "Shant" TV channel spoke about how the coronavirus spread at the plant in Shengavit. The Prime Minister emphasized that based on ethical requirements, the names of people who have been infected with coronavirus, as well as the name of the plant, will not be voiced.
''I can say the following, this plant is located in Shengavit and is associated with Italy. We had time to find out how it all happened. An Italian colleague arrived in Armenia, by the way, he was under the control of the Ministry of Healthcare. However, he himself was able to lower his temperature with the help of antipyretic drugs, and hid the fact that he was ill with this virus. After which he left Armenia, leaving an infection in our country'', Pashinyan emphasized.
It should be noted that the number of people infected with coronavirus in Armenia reached 102 people. The first case of coronavirus in Armenia was recorded on March 1. A citizen came to Armenia from Iran. He had already recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
To recall, on March 16, Armenia declared the state of emergency, which will last until April 14, 2020.
