The National Security Service of Armenia revealed the case of theft  and forgery by the director of "DZORAK" SNCO

ArmInfo. Employees of the National Security Service of Armenia uncovered a case of embezzlement on an especially large scale and forgery by an official.

Thus, according to the report of the National Security Council of the  Republic of Armenia, due to operational investigative measures,  factual information was obtained that the director of the SNCO Center  for the Care of Persons with Mental Disorders "DZORAK" in the period  from 2015-19, when using his official position, in order to assign  someone else's property, in 2015-2019 appointed a number of citizens  to various positions in the organization, but who actually did not  attend work. The ministry noted that 25 231 000 drams, which were  managed by the above director, were written out to the above persons  as a salary.  The NSS  noted that a number of other violations were  recorded by the SNCO, including the presence of signatures on  attendance by employees who were not actually in the Republic at that  time. In addition, in the medical institution from 2018 to 2020, a  number of beneficiaries were accepted who were there without proper  documentation, however, the money for monthly maintenance was  transferred to the director and was not deposited to the  institution's account.

A criminal case has been instituted on the fact, investigative  measures are being conducted.
