ArmInfo.On January 31, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan will pay a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the press service of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Prime Minister will take part in the next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Almaty. Within the framework of the visit, bilateral meetings are also planned.
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan announced that the event will be attended by the heads of government of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Moldova (as an observer country), as well as the chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. It is expected that the meeting will be held in a narrow and expanded composition. On the agenda are 12 issues that relate to economic cooperation and the expansion of mutual trade between the EAEU member states. It will be about removing barriers to the functioning of the domestic market, as well as the development of integration potential in certain areas of the economy. In addition, council members will visit the international forum Digital Future of the Global Economy.
