In particular, being in  search of the desired property, on this platform, visitors will be  able to see apartments and mansions in the primary market and, based  on various criteria, make a choice and apply to the bank online. In  turn, the bank will establish contact with the client and within 1  business day will provide detailed credit conditions. Thanks to the  online application, the selected property will be pre-booked.

One of the advantages of the platform is also the availability of  simple loan calculators. The first calculator helps to understand in  advance the amount of loan can be applied for based on the indicated  amount of monthly income (if there is a co-borrower) and available  loan repayments. The second calculator allows you to calculate the  amount of monthly repayments based on the value of the property,  prepayment and loan conditions (term and interest rate).
