According to the charter of the Foundation, the goal of the "Homeland" is to promote programs aimed at strengthening democracy. The members of the Board of Trustees are Vanetsyan himself, as well as the head of the Department of Iranian Studies at YSU Vardan Voskanyan and the head of the Department of Applied Sociology of YSU Artur Atanesyan.
