Gyumri resident nicknamed "Sheko" detained for threats against  lawmaker

ArmInfo.For threats against the lawmaker of the Armenian parliament Karen Sarukhanyan a resident of Gyumri named "Sheko" was detained.  Thus, according to  the report of the deputy head of the department of public relations  and information of the police of Armenia Edgar Janoyan, published on  Facebook, MP Karen Sarukhanyan on December 9 on his page on the same  social network reported that a few hours ago in Gyumri two people hit  his friend and threatened that he would be next. At the same time,  Sarukhanyan did not report on the reasons why his friend was beaten.  

"A signal about the incident was received by the Mush police  department of the city of Gyumri. The officers, having taken  operational-search measures, found out the identity of the  participants in the incident. At approximately 10:00pm, 30-year-old  Gyumri resident nicknamed Sheko was detained. The search for the  second participant in the incident continues. In fact a criminal case  has been opened on the grounds of an article on hooliganism. The  circumstances are being clarified, " Janoyan wrote.
