ArmInfo. The plane of "Armenia" airline, performing the NGT930 flight on the Yerevan-Moscow route, made an emergency landing in Rostov-on-Don, the Civil Aviation Committee (KGA) of Armenia reports.
"The Armenia's Boeing 737-500 EK 73736 aircraft, operating the NGT930 flight Yerevan-Moscow on November 26, made an emergency landing at Rostov-on-Don Airport," the message posted on the KGA's Facebook page says. At the same time, the reasons for the emergency landing of the aircraft are not indicated.
As a representative of the Rostov-on-Don airport told RIA Novosti, the plane of Armenia airline, which operated from Yerevan to Vnukovo, made an emergency landing at the alternate airport in Rostov for technical reasons. At 18.26 Moscow time, a spare airline flew with passengers from Rostov-on-Don to its destination.
"Armenia" Airline was founded at the end of 2015. The main activity of the company is passenger and cargo transportation. The base airport of the company is the international airport "Zvartnots" of Yerevan. At the beginning of 2016, "Armenia Airline" received all the necessary codes: ICAO-NGT, IATA-RM and since mid-July 2016 has been operating charter flights to various destinations. Now the airline operates regular flights to Tel Aviv, Beirut, Mineralnye Vody, Voronezh.
