Media: Mutual visit of Armenian and Azerbaijani journalists passes  non-publicly

ArmInfo.Azerbaijani  authorities are not reporting anything about the visit of Armenian  journalists to Baku that began on November 17. The same goes for the  visit of Azerbaijani journalists to Armenia.

The Armenian side does not share information about this project  either. Only the adviser to the President of Armenia Tevan Poghosyan  told the local press that on both sides three journalists are  participating in the project. However, nothing is reported about  their program.

As Turan learned from informed diplomatic sources, on November 18,  Armenian journalists will communicate with representatives of civil  society in Azerbaijan.

Meanwhile, it is not clear which of the Azerbaijani journalists is  going to Armenia today. A source familiar with the situation said  that the idea of mutual visits belongs to the Russian Foreign  Ministry.  According to the existing agreement between the Foreign  Ministries of Azerbaijan and Armenia, the parties inform about mutual  activities in a coordinated manner. Apparently, the official  announcement will be announced at the end of both trips.
