Yerevan reminded Mamedyarov: it was Azerbaijan that rejected the  "Kazan Document" on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict

ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan reacted to statements by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in an interview with  Izvestia newspaper.

So, referring to Mammadyarov's statement regarding disappointment  with the results of the last meeting with the Armenian Foreign  Minister in New York, as well as the statement regarding the Kazan  Document, Nagdalyan recalled that it was Azerbaijan that rejected the  Kazan Document. "We consistently present our principled position and  approaches to the peace process, in which the security and status of  Artsakh are of paramount importance. We are consistently working on  the agenda," the representative of the RA MFA emphasized.

Responding to a statement by the chief diplomat of Azerbaijan  regarding the refusal to enter the AR with Russians with Armenian  surnames, Naghdalyan stated that it is not news to Armenia that the  Armenians are the target for discrimination in Azerbaijan. "In fact,  the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan confirms this in his interview,  acknowledging that discrimination against ethnic Armenians is being  carried out.  Representatives of other countries and international  organizations - the Russian Federation and the ODIHR / OSCE have said  this many times.
