Mnatsakanyan: Talks on Karabakh should not be seen as a means of  imposing and promoting maximalist approaches

ArmInfo.rmenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, during his speech at a meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Ashgabat, among other issues,  presented Armenia's principled position and approaches to resolving  the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, in which the Armenian side considers  the security and status of Artsakh a priority.

As reported by ArmInfo in the press service of the Ministry of  Foreign Affairs of Armenia, reaffirming Armenia's commitment to a  exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflict, Mnatsakanyan  emphasized that for the successful development of the peace process  it is necessary to ensure that negotiations are not considered as a  means of imposing and promoting maximalist approaches. In this  context, the Armenian Foreign Minister also touched upon the need to  ensure proportionality of obligations in the peace process.
