ArmInfo. Beeline in cooperation with the Children's Development Fund (CDF) completed the next stage of lectures in the framework of the joint program "Digital Opportunities", in which 110 students from 10 schools of four regions of Armenia took part.
According to the press service of the company, thanks to the program, by participating in the 4 stages of the lectures, children can already choose and use various digital tools, in particular, create digital content, effectively use ICT, etc.
Noting that digital technologies have a future, Beeline CEO Andrei Pyatakhin emphasized that the corresponding skills will open up unlimited possibilities for children, because today the simplest smartphone and Internet access are powerful tools for learning, working and living. "We are pleased to realize that this project has given our children such important knowledge today," he said.
According to the source, within the framework of the program, a stage of seminars will follow on October 16 at which program speakers will make reports on the effective use of new technologies and the importance of their effective use in educational processes and their further development. In addition, experts will meet with community teams, as a result of which the children will use the theoretical and experimental knowledge acquired in the previous stages, creating their ideas with IT tools that can be used in the educational process in the future, and submit them to the jury.
