ArmInfo.Official Baku made a critical statement regarding the upcoming electoral processes in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Thus, as reported by APA, the press secretary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Leyla Abdullayeva referring to the upcoming local elections in Artsakh on September 8, called them "another show" presented under the guise of elections. "However, there are well-known realities for everyone: no matter what election they try to talk about under conditions of military aggression and other illegal actions, neither this upcoming show, nor its results will be recognized by the international community. This fully applies to the very the puppet regime created by Armenia in the occupied territories, "the representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry assured.
Abdullaeva hastened to recall that to this day, the international community, including the OSCE, has not recognized the results of any elections in Artsakh. "In a word, the truth is that Nagorno-Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan, and this is reflected in all international documents," L. Abdullayeva noted. It should be noted that on September 8, elections to local government bodies will be held in Artsakh.
