ArmInfo. On September 8, the Office of the Artsakh Ombudsman, within its competence, will monitor and control the preparation and conduct of elections to local government bodies in order to ensure guarantees and protect the electoral rights of citizens.
As the press office of the Artsakh Human Rights Defender's office reports, in addition to monitoring the election process itself, other tools will also be used. Another way to contact the Ombudsman's staff is through the Ombudsman's official Facebook page.

The Ombudsman's staff will promptly respond to complaints received on the hotline and, as necessary, make public statements and comments.
To recall, on June 21 this year Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which local elections will be held on September 8.
