Manchester City FC President and Armen Sargsyan discussed the  possibility of implementing football development programs in Armenia

The director general of one of the largest international investment companies MUBADALA and the president of Manchester City football club, the champion of the  English Premier League 2018/19, Khaldun Khalifa al-Mubarak and the  President of Armenia Armen Sargsyan discussed the possibility of  implementing programs in Armenia aimed at developing football in the  country. In particular, Khaldun Khalifa al-Mubarak presented the President of  Armenia the activities of The City Football Group holding, which also  owns Manchester City football club.  In addition, during the meeting,  the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation with MUBADALA and  the possibility of implementing investment programs by the company in  Armenia.

According to the source, at the end of the meeting, Armen Sargsyan  visited FC Manchester City Academy, got acquainted with sports  programs for various age groups. At the same time, the President of  Armenia, together with Haldun al-Mubarak, watched the Premier League  game between the clubs of Manchester City and Tottenham, which ended  in a draw.
