ArmInfo. The $ 3 million dollar issue of ARARATBANK coupon bonds (AMARBKB2KER7) has been listed on the Armenian stock exchange AMX. As noted in the official announcement of AMX, the face value of the bond is $ 25, the  circulation period is 51 months, the coupon yield is 5.5%, and coupon  payments are provided once a quarter. Bonds of this issue are  included in the main exchange list "Abond".

<Among ARARATBANK current bonds quoted on the exchange, this is the  8th tranche, and in particular the 6th tranche. Thus, the bonds of  this issue from the moment they get to the listing list provide the  opportunity to make targeted trading and repo transactions>, the AMX  statement said.

The head of the Department for Investment Banking Services of  ARARATBANK Vachik Gevorgyan stated that the bank has already  successfully placed its 20th bond issue in total. <A large number of  individuals and legal entities took part in the placement, which  indicates both high trust in the bank from investors and customers,  as well as their strong positions in the Armenian bond market, "he  said.  According to the source, the cooperation of the Stock Exchange  and the Central Securities Depository with ARARATBANK began in 2007.  The Bank has become a link between citizens and the Depository, in  particular, acting as an intermediary in the process of maintaining  the register and keeping, including in the registration and  protection of the right of ownership of securities. Close cooperation  between ARARATBANK and the Stock Exchange is expanding every year,  vivid evidence of which is the annual competition of the AMX Stock  Exchange, during which ARARATBANK is awarded the main nomination <AMX  Exchange Member> for two consecutive years.

Note that as of August 12, 2019, 8 issues of ARARATBANK coupon bonds  are quoted on the AMX stock exchange, of which 6 are dollar issues  with a total volume of $ 25 million (inclusive of the past listing  tranche), and 2 - drams with a total volume of 2 billion drams. The  yield on the coupon of dollar bonds decreased from 6.5% (previously  placed) to 5.5% (now placed), and AMD - 9.5%. In October and December  2019, they will be redeemed for one dollar ($ 1 million) and dram  tranche (1 billion drams) of ARARATBANK bonds. Redemption of the  remaining 6 issues is provided for in 2021-2023. Of these 8 issues of  ARARATBANK bonds, 6 are in the main Abond list, and the remaining 2  are on the Bbond list.  According to the Financial Rating of the  Banks of Armenia as of March 31, 2019, prepared by IC ArmInfo,  ARARATBANK is in the TOP-5 with the amount of 13.3 billion drams ($  27.4 million) in funds raised from the placement of its own bonds. In  a two-year context, this indicator ARARATBANK increased by 3.5 times,  and in comparison with the indicator a year ago a moderate increase  of 7% was recorded.  Recall that ARARATBANK OJSC has been operating  since November 2005. The majority shareholders of ARARATBANK as of  April 1, 2019 one of the largest oil traders in Armenia is the Flash  company with a 72.33% equity stake, Barsegh Beglaryan (a well-known  entrepreneur, head of the Flash) - 18.33%, Rural Impulse Fund II  (part of the Belgian Incofin Investment Management - Incofin IM) -  8.58%.
