Stepan Safaryan: ? 1.6 million to Yuri Vardanyan should be paid by  Robert Kocharyan and his closest associates

On July 26, the European Court of Human Rights issued an  unprecedented decision on the size of the forthcoming payment,  awarding a payment of 1.6 million euros in favor of Yuri Vardanyan.  The house and the land that belonged to the Vardanyan family during  the years of Robert Kocharian's presidency were recognized as an  object of priority public interest and alienated from the legal  owners for an amount that was only part of the real value.

"Today, I look forward to the implementation of Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan's proposals on introducing transitional justice and vetting  against judges, which he outlined as decisions of the ECHR in Armenia  as a criterion.
