Armenian students won five bronze medals at the International Physics  Olympiad

ArmInfo.Armenian students won five bronze medals at the International Physics Olympiad. Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

The 50th International Physics Olympiad  a competition among  high-school physics students is held in Tel Aviv.

<All participants of the International Olympiad return home with  medals. Next year, it will be necessary to develop this success and  work on improving the quality of medals, "the minister wrote.

In total, 384 high-school physics students from 78 countries took  part in the competition. The competition consisted of two rounds -  theoretical and experimental.

Last year, at the 49th International Physical Olympiad, the Armenian  students won one silver, one bronze and one diploma.
