Armenian diplomat: There should be no winners and losers in Karabakh  settlement 

ArmInfo.The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved exclusively by peaceful means. This opinion was expressed by the Armenian Ambassador to Germany Ashot  Smbatyan in an interview with "Behorden Spiegel" magazine.

The Armenian diplomat stressed that the security of the population of  Nagorno-Karabakh and the status of Artsakh are exceptional  priorities. "Here we are talking about 150 thousand people. For this  very reason, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan argues that  representatives of Artsakh should sit at the negotiating table as  well as representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is important to  find a solution that will be acceptable to the population of  Nagorno-Karabakh "Azerbaijan and Armenia. There should be no winners  and losers.  We need to talk with Nagorno-Karabakh, not about  Nagorno-Karabakh," the Armenian Ambassador summed up.
