As a result, as noted, there is a possibility that the suppliers supplied products that did not correspond to the technical description of the goods. Referring to the contract for the implementation of construction work between the Ministry of Justice of Armenia and the contracting companies, the State Audit Office notes that in a number of cases the work was carried out in violation of the requirements of design and estimate documentation. As a result, poor quality work was done, and the materials used did not meet the criteria established by the contract.The state control revealed violations also in the field of medical care.
