ArmInfo. Artsakh government refutes media reports that the Armenian government refuses granting interstate loan.
"The information spread in the media that already for two months the Armenian government refuses to provide financial assistance to the Artsakh government, does not correspond to reality. The budget loan provided to the Artsakh Republic from the Republic of Armenia is credited according to the established schedule", the statement reads.
It is noted that the cooperation of the two Armenian states is at a high level. The Artsakh government calls on the media to verify the
accuracy of the information and refrain from disseminating disinformation. Earlier media reported that Armenia refuses to give Artsakh another tranche of financial assistance, demanding the resignation of National Security Council Secretary Vitaly Balasyan. However, ArmInfo sources in Artsakh's ruling circles have denied this information, saying that the republic's leadership is indeed
discussing Balasanyan's resignation, but solely because of his participation in the 2020 presidential election.
