Pashinyan: Artsakh leadership was not aware of the Karabakh  negotiation process, which was conducted by the former authorities of  Armenia, I myself handed them the papers

ArmInfo. Till now the leadership of Artsakh has not been informed about the negotiation process to resolve the Karabakh problem. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan assured this in an interview with  journalists, informing that he personally provided the Artsakh  leadership with documents on the settlement after he came to power.

"Earlier, the leadership of Artsakh was not aware of the Karabakh  negotiation process, they did not have any information, the previous  authorities did not consider it necessary to tell what was happening,  what steps they intend to take. I gave the NKR authorities documents  on the Karabakh settlement process. I asked them five times whether  they were aware of what was happening in the negotiation process,  they said they did not know. I told them everything, handed over the  papers. And after that they go and instruct their assistants to write  in social networks that the current authorities of the RA are  'traitors and intend to surrender the lands'. The question arises:  why are they doing this?, the prime minister wondered.  He also said  that he had met with the military-political leadership of the  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and the Republic of Armenia several times  and presented his vision of the Karabakh issue.
