ArmInfo. Armenia and Poland have something to offer each other. Head of the Polish-Armenian Parliamentary Group of the Parliament of the Republic of Poland Tadeusz Wozniak, expressed a similar opinion, answering the question of ArmInfo.
A group of Armenian journalists within the framework organized by the Polish Embassy in Armenia press tour, on May 25-30 visited in Warsaw, where they had the opportunity to meet with Polish diplomats, politicians, deputies, representatives of public organizations.
"The potential is obvious, it needs to be used and today we are working in this direction together with our Armenian colleagues. On June 4-5, we receive a delegation of the Armenian parliament headed by Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan in Poland. The main purpose of our agenda is to deepen the inter-parliamentary relations existing between our countries," he stressed.
According to Wozniak, the volume of commodity turnover existing between Armenia and Poland (about $ 50 million Ed.) Is clearly insufficient and the trade and economic potential of the two countries does not reflect. In this light, the parliamentarian sees a vast field of joint work in this direction. In his opinion, the filling of the trade and economic agenda will be the best complement to the traditional, centuries-old friendly relations between the Armenian and Polish peoples.
On June 4-5, the delegation of the National Assembly of Armenia is in Poland, led by its Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan. The delegation also includes the Chairman of the National Assembly Commission on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan. The delegation visited Poland to take part in the 4th summit of the heads of parliaments of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in Warsaw.
